What is your return policy?
All returns must have prior authorization. Contact customer service (email@example.com) to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#). All returns must be shipped back via prepaid shipping. Collect shipments will be refused. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
You must notify our customer service department of any shortage or damage
within 48 hours of delivery.
What shipping method is used?
All products are shipped by FedEx or freight depending on the size and weight.
Contact us for specific shipping charges. The freight shipping charge does not
include inside delivery, liftgate, removal of cartons or assembly of item(s).
For freight shipments the trucking company is not responsible for unloading
the item from the truck or carrying the item into the building. The shipment
is likely to be heavy and/or large, so we recommend that you have someone
help you unload the item from the truck and carry it inside.
For shipping notifications on small parcels please include your email address
when placing your order.
When a shipment is received, be certain to inspect the package as well as
its contents before signing the delivery receipt. All shortages or damage
must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
